This policy explains what personal data YuTechi (“we”) collects on www.yutechi.com, why, and what rights you have.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your full name, phone number, e-mail address and the message you write.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser and device information, processed by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website.
  • Cookies: one functional cookie that remembers your language and one that remembers your cookie choice. Analytics cookies of Microsoft Clarity are set only if you allow them in the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies.

Website analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website — which pages they open, where they click and how far they scroll — and to make it better. Clarity records these interactions; text you type into forms is hidden and never recorded. Without your consent Clarity works without cookies, so separate visits cannot be linked. If you allow analytics cookies, Clarity sets the cookies _clck and _clsk (kept for up to one year) to recognise your later visits. The data is processed by Microsoft Corporation, also in the United States, under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the cookie settings.

Why we use it

We use the contact form data only to answer your request, prepare an offer and keep in touch about your project. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you. Analytics with cookies is based on your consent; analytics without cookies on our legitimate interest in improving the website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is processed only by the service providers we need to run the website and our e-mail: the hosting provider, Cloudflare, our e-mail delivery service and Microsoft (Clarity analytics).

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law. Send your request through the contact form on this website and we will answer within 30 days.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
